Go to http://www.netezza.com/support/education.aspx and create a Netezza Education account - then you will have access to self-paced web-based training classes and lab sessions.

This is the best way to get familiar quickly!

ALSO - If you install the Netezza windows client tools you will also get the PDFs of the major manuals.
