How Can I connect partner server of Netezza from Unix box...

Hi All,

 

I have account and can access to the partner server of Netezza from https://partner.netezza.com/. Under windows, I can login and it change the host file and  will start a session, I can use 127.0.1.10 as server address of odbc. I can connect it successfully.

 

But I want to do the same thing from Unix box and don't know how to do it.Do you have any ideas or doucment on this problem?

 

There exist some free cousre in the web site of Netezza. But I can't figure it out. Any help will be appreciated.

unix box means , do you want to login to NZ box (nzsql) session? or you want to login into nz box from another unix box?

 

Once you connect to https://partner.netezza.com/, you can use 127.0.1.10 ip to connect to nz box using putty(ssh) or you can even click the "Training NPS" to connect to nz box.
